KIM SEJEONG – Top or Cliff (Full ver. + MORE)
I was NOT ready for this BIBI / Chanmina vibe. And I love it. I included both versions + the official performance video. And MORE live performances / documentary about her. And a theory about the MV at the end.
If you still don’t know her, this page is a good start.
I’m mad AF that her work don’t get more views but pretty proud she’s not doing “trendy” shit for views / sales.

KIM SEJEONG – If We Do (Track Video)
Yep, I agree. 😆 REACTION to KIM SEJEONG (김세정) – 항해 (VOYAGE) & TOP OR CLIFF MVs
This is a story of a girl who unknowingly destroys herself in her quest for perfection.
The MV starts with Sejeong entering the mansion and inspecting everything. From the posture of the staff to the kitchen food. This shows her drive to keep everything perfect. A wrong thing is immediately punished (cue scene where she throws the plate).
In her quest of perfection, she starts thinking that staff must hate her and are against her. This is shown in the beginning where the butler side eyes her, and Sejeong takes notice. She’s also aware that they’re watching her every move and thinks that they’re probably looking for the best opportunity to attack her (do take note that when the staff were watching her thru a CCTV, it was the butler who was holding the tablet).
With this thinking, she starts making the first attack before they do, and then starts the bloodshed. She basically tears the mansion in disarray. The perfection that she tried to polish is being destroyed by herself, all because she thinks that the world is out to get her.
Now here’s the important part, near the end when she almost thinks it’s over, the same head butler attacks her. For a split second during the fight, the butler transforms to a Sejeong double, and back to butler again. The butler transforming into Sejeong shows that the biggest enemy, the person she thinks is the main antagonist is herself. In the MV, our POV is on her and how everyone else seem to want to kill her, but at that split moment, we had a glimpse of her thought that maybe she’s actually killing/destroying herself, before she completely disregards the idea, and butler is back as enemy once again.
She succeeds in eliminating all the ‘threats’ she thinks, and so does the perfection that turns into madness as the mansion burns down.
Side note, there was kid that she didn’t harm on the elevator. She even tried to feign innocence by hiding the gun from the kid’s sight, and she locked her inside her base where she kept her weapons. Shows that in all that chaos, there’s one thing she keeps protected, and that is locked out of our sights.
