“Hippie” is a new track by SKY-HI, released on February 12, 2024. The music video (MV) features SKY-HI as a salaryman with a latent hippie mindset, who liberates himself and rampages around the office without caring about the eyes of others. The song was written for the “SKY-HI TOUR 2024 -HPY LIFE-” tour, which starts with a performance at Sendai Sun Plaza Hall on May 4, 2024.

The track is about valuing one’s own values, living at one’s own pace, and loving oneself, which is the first step to loving others. The lyrics focus on the changing scenery of life, people, and the transition of emotions as time passes.

The song was written by SKY-HI and the music was composed by Ryosuke “Dr.R” Sakai and Daisuke. It was released under the label B-ME.
